At Via Verona, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

• We’ll guide you through the simple steps and provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• Returns must include the original packaging.

• Sale items and accessories marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 working days.

• You can choose:

  • Refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit, with a 5% bonus for your next purchase
